Magnolia's Street Food

Stopped by on the way to Torrey. The Burritos were AWESOME! I'm not sure what they do different than anyone else but it was just better. Side hot sauces were very good and the sausage in my breakfast was really good. I was going to save half (very large) but to good to stop. Highly recommended.

Filling and delicious! They’re happy to make any burrito vegan and the workers there are awesome.

There is no good food around the Nat'l parks. I don't know what it is. It's like they all get the same mediocre pulled pork off the same truck. My BF and I were staying at a nearby guest ranch whose restaurant was closed, but who served some pre-prepared meals out of a fridge. It was $8 for a burrito. "$8?! For a frozen burrito!?" You might say, and yes, I would agree. But the BF and I were hungry, and tired after a long day on the road, so I bough one, threw it in the microwave and we split it. Folks, this was the best gosh-dern burrito either of us had ever had. The BF went and bought another one, ANOTHER $8 FROZEN BEEF BURRITO. We demanded answers from our host, who told us about Magnolia's (the maker of pre-made, frozen burritos for local businesses). We immediately departed in the morning, and found the spot no problem. I paid $12 for the Belle and it's worth every frickin' DIME. I told the BF if we ever pass by within 200 miles of Magnolia's again, we're buying a whole cooler-full.

The food choices (especially in the off season) around Bryce and Escalante National Park/Monument are not great. It is one cruddy steak house after another with slow service and so-so food. This food truck was fantastic! Skip all those other places for the same frozen food and stop at this food truck for delicious fresh tasty food that makes you feel good. The truck is located in the parking lot of the Anasasi State Park which is a neat spot to visit anyway. They have a nice playground for the kids and it is the perfect spot for a family that has been enjoying the parks. I got the Cuban and it was fantastic, the pickled jalapenos made the sandwich even better. My husband got a burrito that he savored to the last bean with their delicious home made salsa. My very very very picky 7 year old got a naked hotdog that he loved!
