I placed an order to go. Gave a few specific directions about my order I wanted a half pound burger plain with cheese and bacon. I didn't want any sides just the burger. It took about 20 minutes for them to complete my order. When I checked the box the burger had everything on it. I told them the error and they told me it would take 5 more minutes to fix. They charged my for the entire meal even though it was sandwich only. It cost me $10.00 and a half hour of my time. They were however polite about fixing my order. I don't think I will be back.

Hillbilly fries are delicious!! Double battered fries with Pico, cheese, tender chicken, chipotle sauce,... YUMMY! My husband got the prime rib and said it was pretty good.
Next morning we got French toast and Eggs Benedict for breakfast. They were both really good too! Try the hot chocolate. They call it "Lava Flow" and it is like drinking a triple chocolate cookie in a cup! So creamy, thick, and indulgent!

Amazing service by entire staff. Super friendly and nice atmosphere.
Best side salad ever with yummy ranch dressing and the best strawberry lemonade.

I got the very overpriced brisket required a lot of sawing to cut through, and seemed to me leftovers from the day prior. It was dry, chewy, and dense (everything brisket shouldn't be). My girlfriend got the pizza, which had a thick layer of sweaty cheese, as though it had been made as a plain cheese, refrigerated, and the reheated with the toppings on it, since the topping were undercooked. The pizza made her sick. We were dressed pretty nice, but nothing over the top. She was in a simple dress and I was in jeans and a blazer, and the waiter made a big point of explaining that it was a casual restaurant. All in all, there are infinitely better restaurants to spend $70 at for two people.

Food was good and the servers were pleasant but the actual service was slow and frustrating.
We did our scuba open water certification at the crater, after the first day all of us were famished. Everyone met at Wildfire for dinner.
Besides our 12 person group and three small groups the restaurant was empty. With 5 servers you would think service would be quick. After 20 plus minutes we got our drinks, dinner arrived slowly but understandable with a large group. There was very little follow up and several members had to ask for additional water and small items.
When everyone was done and all were waiting to pay I finally went up to the register where 3 servers were standing and asked for our bills.
The food was good but what got me was a group our size is automatically charged a percentage for tip but the tip was 20% for service that warranted 5%.
If go again but will stay on top of the service.
