Café Zupas

We recently called in to make a take out order as we were running late and needed to get dinner for our children. We placed our order, but when we arrived we were told no orders had been made. They suggested we called the wrong location so we confirmed the store phone number and it was the Draper location we called. The cashier rudely said " I just got here so it's not my fault". I decided to call the manager later that night to let him know what happened. I also told him how two weeks ago we were missing an item from our take out order. He said that's strange, I'll look into it. He didn't want any of my info, or offer any sort of real apology for losing our order or not giving us the item we paid for on our last visit.

The food here is good. The service here is good. The atmosphere is good. The portion sizes of the chicken on their CHICKEN salad is TERRIBLE. Zupas... you're so close! Seriously though every time my wife and I go here we are complaining afterwards about how stingy they are with the toppings on their salads. But... we keep coming back because the food is actually really good every time. The Turkey Avocado sandwich is great and if you don't want to get upset about the portion sizes of the salad toppings get the soup instead. Mixing the tomato and cauliflower soup together is not a terrible idea. As soon as they start putting a normal amount of chicken on my chicken salad I'm going to come back in here and change my 4 star review to a 5 star.

Went in today real quick on a very short lunch break. The employees were great (for the most part). But someone in a red shirt (Pretty sure it was the manager) I didn't catch his name, he was tall with dark hair. He kept interrupting me while I was trying to talk to one of the employees about my order. The Manager was honestly pretty rude and unprofessional. I got the feeling that most of the employees there don't even like him. He was just super demanding to them. Not only that but I was the only one in line, he could of talked to everyone at the same time with all of their attention instead of making it a mad house. They ended up messing up my order, but I didn't have time for them to fix it. Still good food though. The manager probably shouldn't be a manager... 2/23/18

Zupas is always a great place to eat if you want to try to please everybody. This location is always clean, and the wait is never too long. My food has always been accurate and tasty. A great go-to.

First time I have not loved my experience. But I'm a little frustrated. 1) Paid extra for 2 extra Strawberries. There were medium size berries in the case. But we got 2 very very small berries. 2). They used to have great bread with the soup. 3/4 the reason I get their soup and pay for extra bread was because of their great bread. It's now a simple dinner roll. So disappointing. 3). I ordered a mousse cake. We got home and it was not with our order. They were rushing us through so fast. I appreciate trying to be quick. But not to the point of not getting my whole order. The change in the bread is the biggest reason it has dropped from fantastic to just okay in my choices of places to eat.
