1% Fitness

1% fitness is amazing! Their food is full of flavor and is healthy too! I love how they list the nutrition facts on the container so that you know the macro's. The containers are also microwavable and make it easy to reheat quickly. They have ranges of how many calories, to tailor the food to your goals. Forget cooking all your food and filling Tupperware every week and go with 1% it saves a ton of time. Plus it tastes amazing!

Seriously so impressed and so thankful!! As a vegan, I was struggling keeping myself motivated to eat healthy, then a friend recommended 1%. Every meal I’ve had has been delicious and very enjoyable. Everyone around me even tells me how good it smells. I was told that the chef is vegan and I just want to say THANK YOU for what you do to the chef! I will keep coming back for sure. I got introduced to 1% by my friend that never seemed to have enough time to meal prep for the week (same as me). She absolutely loved it, so I figured I'd give them a try -- and I have been beyond impressed over the last year of using them. The food is always flavorful and top quality, and the new Vegan menu is AMAZING!! It was a great way to switch to a meatless diet and not give up the ease and convenience of getting meal prep done for the week. You guys rock! Keep up the good work! :)

We LOVE 1% Fitness! The food tastes great, they provide great service, and we never have to worry about our macros! Thanks to them, we have time to tend to real life AND our health. 1%Fitness has made a huge difference in helping us get back into shape. Good bye, dad-bod!

I’ve been on their meal plans for 2 years now and I am not stopping any time soon. It’s convenient, healthy, and tailored just for me. It takes all the fuss out of eating well. For busy people, this is the best. Much better than stopping by fast food joints!!
