I LOVE the food here. What I can't get around is the service. If I plan to go it can't be a quick in-and-out stop. The staff always feels new (stopping to question the ingredients they need to make your order) and understaffed. There is usually only 1-2 people on the service line during a busy lunch hour that could keep 3-4 busy. A friend and I wanted it for lunch today and knowing this, ordered ahead online. The order said it would be done at 11:24AM. We were there on the dot and the order had not even been started. They immediately put it next in line, which was also the end of the line. There was zero benefit to ordering ahead and we still waited 10+ minutes for two ordered-ahead salads. I love the ingredients & menu-- I have been half a dozen times since they opened. But it's beginning to not be worth the frustration. The employee today told me I was 1 minute early and that's why my order wasn't ready. Spare me. Long story short--eat here. Just make sure you set aside the time and patience to wait.

The food here is fresh, healthy, and unique, the ambiance is also really nice; I would love to eat here on a regular basis. The reason for the 3 stars is that the location is severely understaffed, and has been every time I’ve eaten here. It’s unnecessary how complex they make their service system, with employees needing to run behind each other, and it results in a long wait time. They could make the process thoroughly more efficient through hiring more staff and implementing an assembly line process similar to other fast casual spots.

This is THE place for healthy meals. Every dish no matter what is loaded with veggies and good stuff, so many creative menu options, few even have gluten or any sugar at all, no negative added ingredients- yet they’re fantastic! The “Nice Cream” (also now shakes!) has no dairy at all and is superb!! Can’t say enough about Aubergine :) I’ve introduced a number of friends to it-and will continue to do so! Coffee shop atmosphere, counter serve, recycles, perfect location.

Great place with rare fusion ingredients. The fruit bowls wre delicious. I tried the key lime Avocado Pie for some of us mot use to have an avocado as a dessert was a surprise! I would add lemon juice on Top. Little overprice for a pie that size. Overall great customer service and enough staff 4 people for a Saturday lunch

Delicious food. Fantastic service. Friendly and able to make great suggestions for a first time experience. Food portions are generous. I had enough leftovers for another full meal easily. Looking forward to enjoying more from them soon!
