Arby's

My visit was fine. Service was great, but my chicken was dry like it had been under a heat lamp too long. My wife's sandwich had too much mayo. I wasn't expecting a world class meal, but this one left me disappointed.

This one in Centennial is the best! They add cheese and sliced red onion, upon my request, to my roast beef sandwich. 😀

I was told Roast Beef would be a 15 min. wait so I got chicken instead then they made me wait behind a car that was waiting for roast beef! They could have had the car in front pull forward OR I could have just ordered the Roast Beef that I wanted. When I complained and asked for a free roast beef they said corporate won't allow giving anything for free even when it's absolutely appropriate for inconveniencing your customer. Then they gave me the wrong chicken sandwich and to "fix" it they took back the sandwich and tried to scrape off everything (not very well) and "turned it into" a cordon bleu. The WORST experience I've EVER had at a fast food restaurant :(

Love their beef n chedder its my usual i never get anything else lol arby's is the shiz nit!

They had an off night. It took 20min to get our food And had run out of roast beef. Luckily we were there for the chicken and the food was nice and hot. They had a tour bus come in around 1 hour beforehand.
