Mahider Ethiopian Restaurant & Market

This place has the most outstanding food. The quantities are very large and well worth the money. I have been here a few times now and usually order the taste of Mahider. It is like a sampler of many different items from the menu. I can highly recommend it, but be hungry it is quite filling. I would accept any invitation to return at any time

I loved this unique dining experience. The flavor combinations in the food were new to me and I enjoyed everything I tasted. It was also fun to eat without utensils. I could imagine that less adventurous meat-and-potatoes diners might not enjoy the food as much as I did, but I would still recommend coming for the experience! I think the owner was our server. The service was great and he was friendly and personable.

Highly recommend when craving African food! I've been here many times and I'm always impressed. A unique experience, highly recommend! Warning: you'll probably have to park on a side street since the strip mall parking is nearly always full. Also watch the hours they are open since they are pretty weird. Always check Google first before going.

The service was great as soon as we walked into the door. Servers friendly and helpful. Food came out quickly and there are a lot of options whether you are a carnivore vegetarian or vegan. Good selection of beer. The Decour inside is nice although it’s a bit small there is still plenty of room. All of the food that my wife and I ate was simply delicious.

Authentic food. Great for the adventurous! Be aware of traditional eating style without typical utensils. Delicious varieties to choose from. Friendly service. Unique.
