Mail Boxes Etc

Used their service for over 25 years. Could no longer afford their service and got a home mailbox. I tried to forward all mail but missed Soc. Sec. They held my mail for over 2 months and never notified me! The two women employed there should be ashamed. They are hateful.

I cannot believe the few terrible reviews i read. They must be people with personal vendettas or flat out crazy. I have had a PObox with them for 2 years and i have always had a warm greeting and friendly service. There is even free candy!

Always pleasant and friendly to talk to. Very informative in regards to shipping with any of the major shipping providers. Great about mail forwarding in a timely fashion.

The owner is rude. Everyone else there is just great. And I can find box sizes that no one else in ABQ carries.

I have had a private mailbox here since 2015. Wonderful service, prompt, packages never missing or damaged.

Don't get me wrong it is quick service but do I really want to stand around a store that makes me feel awkward.

BEWARE OF THIS NASTY DISHONEST RED HAIRED WITCH! SHE IS TOTALLY DISHONEST, RUDE, NASTY, MEAN, DISHONEST, UGLY AND SHE SMELLS BAD!!! .. SHE WILL, REPEAT, WILL RIP YOU OFF BADLY!!!

Terrible Service, customer service is rude and condescending. We were offended to say the least.
