The UPS Store

The best customer service experience I’ve had lately in an Albuquerque store. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Specially the young man who really helped me with a return. More employees like these please who really enjoy their job and treat their customers well.

The women who work here are absolutely amazing. Lana, Leah and Karen are always so friendly, helpful and they work really hard for us customers. I never had to worry as my mail was in good hands. I honestly will miss them as I close my mailbox. It was always a pleasure to see them as I got my mail. I wish all places had similar workers. Thanks for the good vibes!

Avoid this location. I stopped in to email them from my phone a 4 page document to print out, as i have done many times at other UPS Stores around town. I always get charged a per page print rate, similar to making copies. At this location they added on a $3 charge for 5 minutes of "computer use." If you use their computer to pull up docs to print or to do anything else, of course you should be charged for that but all I did was shoot them an email from my phone. It's not a lot of money but it's still wrong. Clerk said each store is independently operated and has it's own pricing policies. If so, there is a rogue UPS Store in town that will rip you off and it is the location at 300 Menaul . You will get treated very well at the Juan Tabo and Montgomery location as well as others around town. Avoid avoid avoid.

What an awful experience at The UPS store, I will not be going back to this location ever again. The older woman working were kind but the one young woman was off the henges. The younger woman threw a metal dolly that flew back onto her crashing to the ground. The same lady was extremely verbally abusive to her coworkers, as well as to me the customer. Sending back my package was uncomfortable, filled with verbally aggressive comments and mean looks. The other people sending packages back told me they were shocked with how unprofessional and mean the lady was to me and her staff. Also, when sending back my package, I needed to paid to print the free return stickers, otherwise she wouldn’t help me. The free return stickers should have been free! Friendly and helpful, Amanda is a great and wonderful person, she is very helpful, she'll even looks for discounts to help with cost. Honestly didn't know that being an AARP member was a benefit with the UPS store. Thank you Amanda.

I need a notary service within 24 hours, and I work 9 to 5 like many, many people. UPS was recommended to me, but not a single UPS store in Albuquerque offers notary services before 9 AM or after 3 PM. Very disappointed.

I came in to drop a package and witnessed an employee being extremely rude to the lady in-front of me. She did not greet the lady, just took her package, scanned the code and did not say anything at all. Then threw the lady's package If it was anything fragile, she definitely broke it I'm not sure what her problem was but someone in management needs to address her behavior to customers. This was on April 16th between 3:04-3:08 pm. Go watch the cameras and you'll see. She was the only African American woman there but I did not get her name. Unacceptable behavior. The only reason I do 3 stars instead of 1, is because my experience was positive with employee # 300990.

One of the workers at the store at 1:30 p.m. as I. Merry Christmas ahead. absolutely no comment back again. I asked her how are you? she says I'm here. I said you have a great job. you should be thankful. got to go girl.

Lana was a great help and made my day! She seemed understaffed as well and still was extremely helpful.

I went out of my way today to give a shout out to the young women working at the UPS store. She was competent, helpful, and has great customer service skills. Her employee number is on the receipt. Give her a raise and an opportunity for advancement.
