My issue for a lost/missing mails containing four 4 cards for my family from the USCIS was not resolved. The processing of the approval takes 4-5 mons, I have to wait and not work. And now, it's been a hassle as it was approved but we did not receive them. I have to refile and wait another 5 months to get the new cards so I can continue working and what's sad I have to pay another $2,000, so frustrating!
Our mail gets delivered through this location and sometimes mail gets returned to sender without attempted delivery… not sure why. However, the clerk working at the annex location went above and beyond to check on the status of an important package that was undelivered by the carrier, and was able to locate it in the back before it got returned to the sender. Thank you for your great customer service!
This is bad area for packages! That’s why they don’t have people there to help!!! Online tracking number on slip left in my mailbox is not valid, says they missed me! but notice says to pickup at this location? I’m disabled & was home on date of alleged delivery & every day after! But they need correct tracking # to find package? Item was paid for, guess I’m out of more money to reorder item? It’s only detox supplements for liver, maybe they need more then me!??
Spent hours calling during their business hours, an couldn't get ahold of anyone. Someone was clearly ignoring the phone. They even picked up once, waited a few seconds as I said "Hello" and then hung up without saying anything... completely worthless
Absolutely astonished by the excellent customer service given by Melissa she may have been a supervisor/ manager but if she's not she should be promoted immediately. I waited almost a week for a package that was mistakenly not delivered to the apartment leasing office where I live. I tried calling the USPS automated line and never reached a person after two tries one 38 minutes on hold abs the other 47. I tried emailing the automated line and got no more than a generic statement telling me my package was delivered to some crazy far station. I tried to go in person to the San Antonio location and they told me if they shipped it anywhere as in delivering it to their location so I could pick it up... you know doing their JOB? they would charge me shipping. But at least i got a phone number that wasn't linked to a machine. After I left I called and reached the wonderful, helpful Melissa. Not only did she reassure me but gave me her cell phone number to call once I arrived to her closed office so she could make sure I got my package today. I can't thank her enough from the bottom of my heart. This is how businesses should be run. Sorry for the novel I've written but it had to be said.

This location "services" my place of business. The carrier has never attempted delivery at my actual suite, and instead drops all packages off at the UPS Store without leaving notice. Staff at this location is unsympathetic, to put it mildly. I have had multiple time-sensitive packages returned to sender because the carrier assigned to my address can't be bothered to do his job.
If I could give them -5 stars I would. They never deliver packages that don't fit in the mail box. And they attempt delivery multiple times knowing they won't leave a large package at the door or in the mail box. They are only open 9-4 so I have to use my lunch hour to go pick up a package or take time off work to get it after waiting for days for them to stop attempting delivery. I've emailed Amazon and complained about them using USPS and I'm trying to figure out how to get Amazon to stop shipping my packages with USPS entirely. Utterly frustrating. If any other carrier delivered the packages, they'd leave it at my door and there would be no issue. UPS does it all the time. Now my packages are not being delivered. And only the ones from USPS. 3 packages were reported delivered and they weren't. I hope USPS goes away they are useless.
Horrendous. There's one female who works the counter and answers the phone. She will not tell you that you need to request a hold on your mail as you're waiting for your keys, she will also not check to see if they have your mail when you go to pick up your keys. Sometimes they don't answer their phones at all. Meanwhile, don't be surprised if all of your important documents are waiting for you -- this is a serious legal issue as this sabotages our ability to receive mail. Somebody needs to clean house there because plenty of other people could use those jobs. I've emailed the national office challenging them to immediately dismiss this employee and am NOT SORRY.
This USPS facility is for mailing and picking up mail and parcels. It is a hub, not a post office. The old fashion post office is at 5th and Veranda. I went today and waited in line for 12 minutes to pick up my Amazon order my mailman failed to deliver. Only one guy at the window, but he had a good attitude and the experience was not too bad.
