US Post Office

Very friendly and very efficient! Rick greeted right when we walked in and helped us immediately. This was easily the most efficient and most pleasant interaction I’ve had at a post office! I would highly recommend.

Rick and his subs rarely isn’t Rick are the epitome of good old fashion helpfulness! He is fast, so knowledgeable, friendly and kind! He has helped me save a bundle on sending packages. Always a joy to go there even though other USPS locations closer.

Very helpful, friendly, and professional. It’s like a post office in a small town.

I drive from the west side of Albuquerque to use this post office. Very seldom a wait and the person at the counter is always very pleasant and helpful. This is usually a one person operation but is far better when it comes to customer service than other branches having a larger staff.

Rick is nice and helpful. I have been looking for a post office that I can feel the sense of community not hostility nor rudeness. I think that I found the one that I am looking for.

Not friendly at all! The man working there is sarcastic and an A!! He literally said “I could close the post office and ignore the other customers while I help you”. He should learn that his job is to handle the mail when people bring in the mail and not complain when people bring in metered mail. His description is male, 5’8 or 9, thin, short hair with glasses talks like Norm McDonald but not even close to being cool like him.

The only post office I go to now. I go all the way from rio rancho here. He not only works with my mother in law with her business PO box and is more than helpful and amazing with our family, he also makes sure he scans every package I drop off. Rio rancho never does that and my customers think i have package sitting at home. The only one I trust when it comes to usps

This is the closest post office to my residence and I am forced to use it. The people that work there are nice, but they are always understaffed and there is usually a long line. Additionally, their hours are terrible and it is very difficult for me to get there during the work week. I plan to move to a different location with better hours soon. The absolute worst part about this post office is that the lobby closes at 4:30 PM during the week and is closed on Saturday. This makes it very hard for me to check my mail in a timely manner. I really resent having to make special arrangements just to check my mail. There’s no reason why this place can’t stay open longer.

We actually have a Post Office closer to our business but I go to this one because not only are they not as busy but they are quick, efficient, informative and nice! I don't know the person who left the bad review and I hope he will take this as constructive criticism but maybe their attitude is a mirror image? However, customer service in some businesses has declined in recent years and maybe people should just do the job they are paid to do well.

We had an exceptionally pleasant experience here. We needed to return a parcel to the UK so googled post offices. Our nearest office was on Montaño but their reviews not so good. So we chose this one and got 100% helpful, friendly and very considerate service!
