UPS Customer Center

Bare bones UPS service. Some stores have lots of other products like cards and envelopes but this one doesn’t, so don’t expect to be able to do anything but send a package. Make sure you get there 20 minutes before they close at 6, because they start shutting down registers and the label printing computers early.

Have been multiple times in the last few days to drop off shipments for the business. Every time the staff were kind, friendly and professional despite sometimes being busy. Great customer service and care!

Following covid guidelines so I waited a few minutes to go inside. Staff was professional and prompt. Was done very quickly after getting in.

I love it ! WS my frist time to send out something and lady that help me was very happy, nice and helpful . With happy feeling makes everyone happy..God bless you all keep up a good work.

Super helpful and making your own labels here is super easy.

Went to pick our Nike shoes that we order, when we got there we were told that they were stolen from there warehouse from an employee and there was nothing the could / would do about it, that it was Nike fault for putting NIke tape on the box.

Horrible service of UPS delivery in the Albuquerque and Los Lunas.... packages are not delivered the day it says it will be deliver..... they lose packages and leave packages in the wrong address.

I spent 3 hrs trying to get a real person,finally I lied to the machine to reach a living being.i was told I would be contacted the next day to tell me what was done.im still waiting.
