The entire process from start to finish was great. Dennis was knowledgeable and treated me like family. The quality of my flooring, padding, and carpet is top notch and priced below what I saw elsewhere. My only issue was that a small closet was supposed to be done but wasn't. It's such a small detail, I'm not even going to worry about it. Overall, I'm very happy with Mainstyle and will be back.

This company puts on a really good front, as they will take care of your needs help you in choosing the best floor for you. Then they send out an estimate person, then never get back in touch with you, as a matter of fact you’ll have to hound them for your estimate. Might I add and don’t work for a living cause when you explain you have a busywork week they don’t get it! I only give them 1 star for all the stress it has taken from us trying to give a company a chance that as we thought would be willing to work with us. However a home show is more important than your customers!

We were very pleased with our experience in the showroom. The ladies were so helpful. The reason for 4 stars is the communication with the the guy heading setting up scheduling was very much lacking until we reached out to Tammy in the showroom. She was able to get things going in the right direction. We had an error in the order but they went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased. The installers themselves were WONDERFUL!!

All about customer service & from the time I walked in the door I was not disappointed. I was hesitant to even look into flooring because I was sure it would be unaffordable! Tammy made my process so easy! She paid attention to my needs and showed me amazing flooring! The one I choose is absolutely gorgeous! I showed my family & friends and they were excited! The installer Justin & his wife were GREAT! They were in and out in two days! They arrived early and worked the entire time except lunch. Even after they left the first day, they didn’t leave the house a mess! I am certain my next flooring job I will use them again!! 110% pleased!!!!

Mary my sales person was very helpful and informative of the vinyl plank and carpet I am having installed. She was very prepared for my appointment and gave me all the time I needed to make my decisions. I plan to continue business with Mainstyle further for future home improvements I have planned.

We had a great experience from start to finish with Mainstyle Flooring. We went in not knowing exactly what we wanted and their staff was amazing at patiently walking us through all of the different flooring options and helping us narrow down the flooring we wanted in the price point that made sense for us. The installers did fantastic work and efficiently and skillfully completed the job in just a couple days. This is a great locally owned family business that i would highly recommend!

We love dealing with Mary! She is truly exceptional with her customers. She is a great listener and is very knowledgeable about the products she sells. I really appreciate her willingness to share her own opinions and show us what her favorites. We had first planned to go through a warehouse but we needed to talk with someone with knowledge about their products and that is where Mainstyle excels. The prices are just about the same and you get the benefit of people with years of expertise about their product and want to see their customers happy with their purchase. We will definitely recommend Mainstyle and we will be back!
