Majestic Nail Salon

Me & my 2 bridesmaids had our nails done the day before my wedding in April--we scheduled our appointment that morning, and they were more than accommodating! The experience was great! I don't have great nails & wasn't sure what to get done (because I also didn't want thick acrylic nails) & the guy was very helpful in letting me know what my best option would be to give me nail strength & length without all of the bulk. I ended up going with the full set gel (starts as a powder like the acrylic) and they turned out gorgeous!! I tested a couple of other salons around town before my wedding, and I won't ever go anywhere else again!

My experience at Majestic was terrible. I went in with a bridal party. One of the workers hit my daughter's arm and knocked over a bottle of nail polish. We were charged $10 for this. The owner was rude when I questioned this. We paid the bill because we didn't want to ruin the bride's day. The salon did nothing extra for us. The service was poor. The workmanship was poor. My nails were chipped in 2 days. I would never go there again.

I just moved into the area the first of January and was looking for a place to get my nails done. I read the reviews bad and good and decided to give it a try. My first and last mistake was not to ask for one of the recommended people. Although the person was very, very nice she was definitely inexperienced and it showed. I had to show her 4x's how I did not want my nails slanted. I guess after 15+ years I know what I like and it unnerves when they don't paint up to the cuticle like they are afraid. Maybe if I had asked for the recommended people it would have been different. :(

I have been with Majestic for about 15 years. Every two weeks like clockwork and I'll NEVER go anywhere else. I moved to Haywood county and drive to Asheville JUST FOR NAILS!!!

I have always had great service at Majestic. The salon is clean and well-staffed, the prices are reasonable, and my nails always look just the way I like. I have had several technicians there, but Van is my favorite. :-)
