Soho Nail Spa

Went once and it was an ok experience, went a second time and picked out a glitter polish. The color didn’t come out anywhere close, the glitter was caked onto some nails and not others...none of them look the same, and they couldn’t have cared less. $45 is a lot of money to be completely disappointed. Stations were dirty, nail clippings underneath my shoes, Don’t even know if it’s worth going back to get it fixed or just cutting my losses and going somewhere else. So bummed :(

Below subpar. Rude, rush you through appointment and don’t even pretend that they like people, care what your nails look like, or what your experience is. The hatred and irritation is palpable. They do not go out of their way in the least to do anything besides below average. Specialty pedicures are completely lacking, not just the service. Gave them a few chances and will not be back.

Been twice now. Nothing special stand out. I actually like the smaller shops in the area more. But this place is a little clearer.

They do a good job, however im 96% positive they don't sanitize or clean their tools, when they start pulling dirty clippers and files out of drawers im turned off. When i asked how their tools were sanitized they seemed offended and even made me move 3 times bc i guess the other two techs didn't want to deal with me. Then when it was time to pay for an ACRYLIC FILL IN THE PRICE WENT FROM 15 $ TO 30$! I WAS SO LIVID I EVEN WENT OUTSIDE CALLED INTO THE SHOP AND ASKED THE PRICE FOR A FILL IN I WAS TOLD 15$ WILL NEVER GO BACK

Great customer service aside from when my toenail polish got smugdes and I asked them to fix it. I was left with a mountain of polish on the nails that were smugded, the other nails don't look awful but I wish I could have the rest of them look the same.
