Sheree is such an angel to work with! She literally has a heart of gold and went ABOVE AND BEYOND! I first tried to reserve a scooter for my dad on another site and it was double the price and it was one of those sites that is connected to multiple companies and someone just picks up the order. Well, no one picked up our order so I decided to do more research. I called a few places and got no after no and even canceled that online order. It wasn’t until I decided to text one of the companies hoping and praying we could find something. My dad has a hard time walking long periods of time and also has asthma so walking around the zoo wasn’t going to be easy. Well, we wanted to make fun family memories so as soon as I got a text back I felt the compassion already! It’s so hard to come by customer service these days and just her pure heart was what I needed on the other side of that text. She happens to live down the street from me and dropped it off for me and even said to keep it if I needed to for the next day because she didn’t have it booked and knew I would be tired after the zoo, but we were good! I rented a wheelchair for my father to attend my daughter's graduation and events surrounding the ceremonies. I asked for a standard wheelchair as that's what he has at home, but the owner suggested the transport chair would be easier to maneuver. She was right! And she worked with my daughter to arrange delivery and pick-up. She made one of the logistics associated w/ organizing a week of events stress-free and easy! I called another national place first, who summarily dismissed me when I asked for the standard wheelchair, saying they didn't have one. They never offered an alternative. So glad I found Make U Mobile! Amazing service at a reasonable price.

My 90 year old mother recently hurt her back and couldn’t walk. My daughter found Make U Mobile through a referral on social media. Not only did they have what we needed in stock, They delivered it to me the very next day. The wheelchair looked brand new, and the price was extremely affordable. A fraction of the cost of what we would’ve purchased it for on Amazon or anywhere else. Now my mother is in a rehab facility and is learning how to walk again. This whole process has spanned over three months now. She needed a walker so I contacted make u mobile again. Not only did she have exactly what my mother needed, but she took it straight over to the facility that she’s at and delivered it to my mother personally. She donated the walker to my mother and took the time out of her day to take it to her at absolutely no charge to us. This business will bend over backwards to try to accommodate your needs. They are friendly, fast and very affordable. I highly recommend this company. If I could give it more than five stars, I definitely would! Thank you Make U Mobile for caring about your customers. Customer service is almost non existent in todays world - but not here. You feel like you are truly cared about, listened to, and made so comfortable. Their prices are the best, I called around for comparison. They are extremely informative ensuring you make the best decision for you and your loved ones. Our family purchased a scooter from this family owned company four months ago. Yesterday my 85-year-old mom was having problems with it and couldn’t get the scooter to work. I called the company and the owner Sherry answered. She was so kind and said that within 30 minutes she will go to my mothers house and see what is wrong with the unit. She arrived as promised and found a simple solution. She fixed the problem quickly and did not charge a penny! I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs mobility devices!
