We have purchased a Pride Scooter for mom, are in the process of purchasing a Nova Transport Chair for dad and have bought a number of other accessories for both of them over the past year or so. The folks at SW Mobility are nothing but helpful. They know what they are talking about, will help fix things they don't even sell like tightening up my mom's wheelchair and price their products at the same price you'll find on Amazon or elsewhere on the internet. They are incredibly accommodating and are my first place to go when I need medical/mobility equipment. Thank you to the whole team!
We just purchased a Nova Rollater. Earl was very helpful on our first visit, and Dave was very helpful on our second visit. They both exceeded our expectations.
Such a wonderful company to deal with. I called to look into a scooter for my mother. Dave & Mark took exceptional care of our needs. They went above and beyond to ensure my mother had what she needed and in time for Christmas. I am blow away by the exceptional customer service and would highly recommend Southwest Mobility.
We appreciate Simon in the Repairs Department of Southwest Mobility more than you can imagine. My wife and my daughter have been helped by him over the past many years. His customer service is above and beyond what might be expected from any other company. We recommend Southwest Mobility for new purchases and repairs without any reservations. Rick
Disabled older lady's power chair stopped working in front of our office building. We called and SW Mobility and they sent out a driver with a new part right away. She was able to get her chair up and running and make it home fine. Great prices as it was us employees that "pooled" up some money for the charger device so she could make it home on a full charge. Thank you!
A month ago I bought an extended warranty for 200 dollars, and specifically asked if that included the battery and they said. Today I went in and they said it was dead and it would cost me 200 dollars for another one. They said the warranty only covers service not parts, what has to be done on a battery it’s either dead or it’s not. They lied to me and stole 200 dollars from me.
This company was so helpful and courteous to us during a very stressful time. Carrie, who answers phone calls, directs you to the right person, and takes care of any paperwork needs, was incredibly helpful, does her job with a smile, and makes you feel like a person rather than a number. The gentlemen who delivered, set up, and then picked up our rentals were quick, efficient, and very kind. I recommend this company highly and would use them again.
April 2021 update: After seven years of faithful, continuous service, my lift chair was pretty worn out and thus, I was in the market for a new one. I visited Mark Farmer over at Southwest Mobility here in Mesa as he and his team had been so helpful in the past for my mobility needs. Mark had me check out the various lift/recliner chairs and I found one that fit me very well. Today, less than 3 short weeks later, my new chair was delivered to our home by Mark and one of his kind colleagues who kindly set it all up, demonstrated all the functions and even took my old lift chair away! Mark, I'm so very grateful for your kind and genuine interest in your customer's needs. You carefully listened to what was important to me and you delivered BIG time yet again! Many thanks to Mark and his team at Southwest Mobility, I can't recommend them enough to help you find the items to make disabled customers more comfortable, more independent and yes, even becoming productive again! Hook 'em Babee! ______________________________________________________________________ I've shopped at this location for cane tips previously and they were friendly and kindly helped me change the tips out. I've had more difficulty walking due to progressive osteoarthritis & osteoporosis and discussed getting a mobility scooter. My doctor wrote a prescription for me in order for me to obtain a scooter using my health savings account. I began researching mobility scooters & chairs online and visited several storefronts here in Mesa. I remembered my good experience with Southwest Mobility and visited their website where I sent an inquiry about a specific model of mobility chair. Later the same morning, I was contacted by Mark Farmer from Southwest Mobility and he kindly addressed the questions I had and I arranged a meeting with him at their location here in Mesa. When I met with Mark that afternoon, he showed me the model I was inquiring about as well as another similar scooter. He informed me that he would provide Internet price matching as well as saving me having to pay sales tax with the prescription from my doctor. This came out to a savings of $450 compared to the other two stores I visited. As I didn't want a floor model, Mark said he could have a new in the box model in about a week. Sure enough, a week later I received a call from Southwest Mobility and they sent Lucas, who delivered and assembled my new chair at my home. Lucas carefully explained everything about my new chair and answered several questions that I had. Heck, he even took my registration card to personally fill it out and submit it to back to the manufacturer, Golden Technologies. I could not be happier with my Literider Envy Wheelchair. It's perfect for me in that it's easy to use, can turn on a dime, is super smooth and quiet and is fast when you need it to be or slow when you need fine control when maneuvering in your home. A BIG THANKS to Mark, Lucas and the entire team there at Southwest Mobility here in Mesa, AZ for helping me regain my mobility which has given me a higher quality of life!
I was very satisfied with Simon's assistance with replacing the 2 rear tires of a borrowed wheelchair. Considering its an older model he was able to replace them and wait time was minimal. Simon will be checking for availability for front wheels as well. Thank you for relieving my stress level.
My husband broke his foot, and we originally thought he would only be in a cast for two weeks. After day two of using crutches, I decided to rent him a knee scooter. Southwest was the least expensive of the dozen places I called, and had the scooter ready to go by the time I arrived. When we found out he needed to keep his cast on longer, I simply called and requested it for two more weeks, and with no hesitation, they said yes. Southwest has made this experience so great, and I swear we will never use crutches again! The staff is incredibly kind, courteous, and fast!
