Mama Gyros

This place serves made to order food so for a mall setting, it is a little slow. However several things I've observed during my 25 minutes wait that I think could be improved to reduce wait time. First the cashier didn't give us our drinks. We had to remind her after our order was supposedly complete. Then we had to walk back over to the register where she no longer remembers what we order. Then she was also very slow to get the drinks. Additionally, as I was waiting for my food, I observe the kitchen staff moving slowly as well.... It was a good thing they weren't very busy today. As for the food, it was okay. Since it was made fresh, it was hot so that was a positive. However, the food is a little bland and could use more flavor. Chicken Shawarma was a little dry, perhaps reheated chicken? Hot dog and the burger was good. No complaints here. Overall 3/5. Minus 2 stars for slow service and also unmotivated team.

I came to this spot inside the mall when they first opened and I love the Arabic style sandwitch. I stopped by today for lunch and I so understand inflation is going on every where but I used to ask for hot sauce and they politely gave me some in a very little plastic cup but today I asked for hot sauce and the lady behind the counter said it would cost me one dollar this is unbelievable mabey she thought I wanted t buy the whole bottle and I have to mention the sandwich is much smaller. I wont be comimg back here anymore because the sandwich is nothing without the hot sauce. I'm very disappointed . Please look for other options before eating here .

its bout time actually have something authentic other than the cheap restruante here ,if u like Authentic soul arabian food this the place..so far i tried the mixed grill it was warm smells fresh and great very flavorful so authentic tasting and for only 15 bucks the meal is very well hooked up i picked it up on my break i definitely will reorder the people are very friendly .. this is very fresh and actually taste better than the rest restaurants here good job guys and godbless.. Vegetarian options: ask and ull recieve

When this place first opened they use to be so good customer service and food wise. It has definitely gone down in customer service and food and we won’t be coming back.

Hi I have checked reviews before putting mine up. I am so sorry I really like the quality of the food… but I took my dad with husband and I to eat. We wanted him to try something new only to get embarrassed. Once I had hair in my food but I brushed it off since it’s halal food. So yesterday I had 2! Pieces of hair in two different items. My father ended up getting a stomach ache afterwards. I believe that you really need a hygiene training. I am only telling you this because I have experience working with companies that check on this. Make sure your workers wear hair nets or change their gloves, and wash hands every 30 minutes or every glove change. This is necessary if you would like to have the best reviews and customers come to you. I only wish the best for you cause the food is SOOO good but I wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone

Kitchen staff is very fast to make the food. The service is great. 10/10 would recommend

i was at the mall for another place? but they didnt open till noon! so i went to stands down to this place! asked if they were open! then made my order? they were nice and polite? and i got my soda first and my food within five minutes

Food is great! The lemonade is always fresh and the gyros are to die for.
