As a tenant and a landlord I realize how to manage property. THis company is unfair to both sides with collection of late fees and the manner in which they gouge at times the owners. e.g. charging owners for repairs that are exorbitant.
Worst experience as a tenant. Could have jointly been with the landlord but this is also poor advice of the management company to not inform its clients
Very rude dishonest people very rude talk to people horribly never pay their bills on time Alice especially the 70 year old in the office is just so unethical, I would not recommend this company to no there are so many more choices now please research before going with them
