There a Good HOA management company.
By Far the WORSE HOA. I am definitely making sure that I NEVER have to worry about them ever again. Fees and more fees and they love FINES for NO REASON. Just bored I guess.
Plus 1 star for being nice whenever I've been in the actual office. HOA boards are usually to blame half the time, so an HOA management company by itself isn't always the problem.
Too expensive and they don't do anything to keep the neighbourhood clean and just want to collect and collect. If you are buying a house, don't buy under this HOA. they jacked up the price of their fees beacuse they lost a lawsuit. How is that our fault that you were sued and you lost???
