On Nov.15 I submitted an application in person with Jessica . Since then I have not been contacted. There is no evidence that my application was processed. I will sue foe $265.85 if no response

I am not sure why I am still getting promotional messages from this fraudulent property. I walked into a dirty, uncleaned, roach infested inhabitable apartment back in 2021 and had to fight to get my money back. Picture broken or inoperable balcony, no screens, bad plumbing at move-in, poor administration. Roaches and roach feces everywhere in the kitchen, water was shut off during my first day moving in without warning. Now they are doing community service and looped me into their emails rolls eyes. Take care of your residents first, be fair to them. Maybe there has been new management Ivan, Maria and Koko the most helpful were there at the time - prospective renters beware and be careful! Upper management told me I had too high expectations.

This place is the worst been out of hot water twice this year and took them about a month to fix it.

This is a great family oriented complex. Great management and caring attitudes. We have been here for two years now and enjoy the peacefulness and quiet. My son gets a park to play at and friends to be around.

My refrigerator fan stopped working. I called the office and it was repaired within the hour. Awesome!!

Only been here less than a week but coming from the last place we where at this is like the Buckingham Palace. I've only met Ivan as far as staff goes, but he is a gentleman and a great asset to this place. He actually cares which is rare these days, in my opinion at least.

It was very nice to meet some poeple that make you feel welcome. Thy are upto date on cleaning around the places.and my new place is great.feels like home .and ivan was very nice and helpfull.i was glade to meet a nice person after looking at other places.poeple are not nice...these place is great.thank you for my blessing

Although there were some complications with my application, the staff was friendly and helpful from start to finish.

I went to tour this property and it was a lovely location. The property looked very family friendly and well kept.

The community is nice, and affordable. Maegan and Ivan are great. I was a little hesitant moving here from the reviews, but things have improved since previous reviews were posted in the past. The grounds are nice and kept up, and they’re always doing work around the complex during the day. There’s also a few people that live here that have been here for several years which is usually a good sign in terms of a place that’s comfortable to call home. My neighbors are quiet
