I stayed here for about 9 months. I have to say, I’d recommend this location. We had zero problems as far as safety and cleanliness. We started in bldg E then moved to bldg H closer to the front office and our time there was nice. I never saw people hanging out, security does an excellent job patrolling and Mario one of the managers is very helpful. The only issues my daughters and myself had, was the rudeness of the lady who sorts the mail and the attitude a couple of the girls that work at the registration desk. It wouldn’t kill them to be nice. Overall it was a safe clean place to live while we were in transition from another state.
Horrible experience! Service workers are rude and act with racial discrimination. Over charging people for their rooms. Confirmed on our first day by a worker in front desk. Suites are unclean and old and have so many broken furniture and appliances. Ac is leaking both inside and out. Doors unsealed and toilet clogs up. Dirty stairways and trash is so close to suites it stinks and so many flies and homeless hang out to pick the trash bins. Security harassment and police harassment abuse go on here. Drug dealers live here as well.
Cost more than it should for what you get. Staff, so far have been helpful and friendly. Ok place to get if your in a pinch and need a roof over your head. 3 weeks minimum stay to start, then you can pay week to week. The do a simple background check for "No evictions" & "No felonies", valid ID and your first born, then you are in. Will update at the end of my, hopefully, short stay. Rooms: 2 bedroom is overpriced, probably because of demand and hard to get. 1 bedroom is basically a studio with a half-wall & blinds between small living/dining room and bedroom.
I have been staying here for a month now and would definitely recommend these apartments for short or long term. The three week minimum really keeps traffic down. 20yrs ago you could walk up and pay for a week right off the bat, attracting a seedy crowd. The rate is still as affordable than rent including utilities if you were to lease at a prpoerty in a decent neighborhood here in Vegas so I don't understand a lot of the complaints. Hope this review helps.
Really discriminative, rude, racist, My stay here is getting worse and worse. First I was brushing off the treatment. But now it's almost like it's harassment and bullying. And my rent is paid and has been . Management doesn't care they are half the problem. I'm looking to speak with the owner asap. Enough is enough and the bullying and discrimination, health safety negligence needs to stop. Constant water shut offs with no warning. Destroying people's property for absolutely no reason.. Lying.. yea. the amenities are cool when you're in a certain room on a certain floor and a certain race. they put older, much older and or handicap black people on the top floor. while well bodied Hispanics and or favored tenants live on the bottom floor. this goes on in several buildings. I've never caused brought or dealt with any trouble in the entire year I've been here yet constantly getting picked on, talked to with super disrespect from multiple staff, never got help during a medical emergency inside the office, and having property destroyed for no reason without warning.
Enjoyed the room I got. Great location and didn't have any complaints while I was there. Security acts like they own the place but I guess sometimes they act that way to keep drama down. 4 stars for me so almost the perfect location. I would definitely go back before I go anywhere else. Darrell in the office is great. Yupyuuupp media on youtube
I rent a one bedroom apartment and the rent is fair after the $1400 one time move in fee but after paying that I'm now paying $340/week which is awesome. No problems, neighbors are friendlyRooms: 5/5
A little pricey but other than that I have no complaints. The tenants are diverse . I haven’t seen any gang or drug activity. Security patrols quite often. Pool is above average. Great business hours
Safe!! And CLEAN!!! Thanks to employees like Alma, who spends time each week deep cleaning the WASHING MACHINES, the staff provides a remarkably well kept grounds to a pretty fantastic little community of characters. I'm happy here.Rooms: 5/5
For the most part, it was clean. Staff was cool, and my kids enjoyed the pool during the summer. Biggest issue was rent increases.
