Ashford Manor Apartments

This is the worst place to live in las vegas. All the apartments are infested with roaches, we lived in one side of the complex and they moved us to the other side where it was supposed to be better but its the same s***, the ac/heater is so old it gets messed up every month even the maintenance people say it, pipes dont work, and there are loud neighbors everywhere, fights at 3am, broken windows, etc. And the management people never know anything never do anything. Its ridiculous, the police is here ON DAILY BASES.

I have lived here since June 2017 and have seen the place go from bad to worse and they are finally making it better. I love the new dog park and how they are making the place look better. I am very happy they finally took the crazy lady out and put this new manager in who actually solves the problems. They have friendly staff and polite people. Overall a good place to live.

I lived at this place for almost 3 years. When I first moved into the apartment there was absolutely no maintence done. The only thing that was cleaned was the rugs. There was holes in the walls from the previous person mounting the tv on the wall. Missing fridge door as well as missing closet door. Also, painting was slightly done over dead roaches. I also had mold coming out of the garbage disposal. This property management needs to do better and get staff that actually care and who aren’t continuously replaced. Staff here doesn’t last up to 3 months it’s ridiculous. Rent was raised which is why I decided to move. The whole time I was there the pool was closed but was being charged for the amenitie. There’s always homeless people sleeping inside of the laundry room. They don’t maintain it the way they should. The apartments are super outdated and have old applicances but they raised the rent due to market prices or whatever the excuse was. They look decent from the outside cause of the new paint job LOL however, the insides are all terrible and not up to date. Y’all need to upgrade these apartments in the inside and then it will match the rent prices. I will say that Karen is the ONLY staff memeber that knows what she’s doing because as for as long as I was there she had always assisted me in every way she can. She really does care about the people. Appreciate her hard work and dedication and she deserves more than what y’all offer.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The units are very small and way overpriced. Neighbors are very disrespectful playing loud music in the middle of the night as well as yelling and screaming. Cockroaches everywhere inside the apartments. Management is very rude they lie and they screwed me and ripped me off on my last months rent. Never even got my security deposit back. Do yourself a favor and find something better and cheaper. There are much better apartments with respectable management elsewhere.

Worst appointment complex I've ever lived in. Careless and unprofessional. Especially when the front desk associate is hangover from the night prior. Pay the extra money for better quality elsewhere.

They find the way to eliminate the reviews about all dxugs and hummxn traffikers in those apartments. All the living that's what found. Even people that I used to talk was related to those organisms. I have experience now describing them. They are friendly and kind, hard to see they are traffickexs untill you analyze them without they know it. Keep save and investigate about grooming. Keep your girls save.

Great location! If you're considering leasing in the area, definitely check this place out first! Very friendly staff and property management. This place is clean, safe, and great amenities. I love living here and am happy to call it home :-
