The Villas at 6300

You really saving yourself, and your family if you DO NOT MOVE HERE. I highly do NOT recommend this place to anyone. I don’t even know where to begin honestly. Because I am the most understanding person ever. Being in the situation I was in at the time I was looking for an apartment, I came across this place. I did read all the reviews, but I decided to give it a chance because I was desperate. And needed to get out the situation I was in. On 12/27, I went on the online website of this place, I called and no answer the phone number didn’t work. But I noticed they did online leasing my first time doing this My partner and I filled out the application, and paid the fees and everything. I got a call from Kelsea on 12/28 at 1:24pm requesting further documents to get approved. Documents were submitted on 12/28 @ 1:40pm like I said I was ready to get out, deposit ready, everything. On 12/29 at 10:01, I sent an email requesting any update because I have not heard back from them yet. Later that afternoon I received an email stating that we were approved and ready to move in to the unit they said was ready. In the letter it stated the things they needed. Such as picture below. As soon as I got this email, I set everything up. With NV Energy and Gas, according to this approval move in letter. On 12/31 I arrived to the office, and NO ONE WAS THERE. I was scheduled with Kelsea to come in at 9am. And NO One WAS THERE. There was nothing I can do, so I left. I was left, with nothing to go off, no information, no help nothing. On January 3rd I sent email to the office stating this, responding to this exact email. I can’t recall the exact information, but sometime after this email and 1/5/2022, I was contacted to pick up keys for the unit. So I came, received the keys to my new apartment, excited and all because who wouldn’t be excited right. Well, this is what I walked in to. Check the pictures provided. I had no choice but to move into this disgusting, unfinished apartment because I had no where else to go. PLEASE GO TO YELP FOR THE REST OF THE REVIEW

Just wanted to give a BIG shout out to the team at Villas @ 6300! My move in was a bit stressful as any move. My apartment looked amazing expect for a light bulb that out. I let the office know and within an hour the light was replaced Thank you to the Villas @ 6300 team. Keep up the great work!

I have been at the villas since Feb this year. From the first week I moved in I’ve had an issue with roaches which is disgusting. The facility is always dirty, kids throw trash all over the place. No one picks up after their animals. And I can’t allow my kids to play outside because these kids around here are constantly trying to punk my son who is 10 years old. The main issue I have is a water leak in my master bathroom. It’s been a problem since august, management fails to bring in any real plumber to fix the pipes in our buildings walls. My floor is covered in water everyday with black mold spores growing in my closet now. Don’t move here. You’ll be stressed out and unhappy with the lack of management this place has.

We just moved here from Pennsylvania and could not be more pleased with our place. Diverse, friendly neighborhood in a beautiful area. Lots to do in walking distance. Jonah checked us in and was fantastic at her job. Appliances work and the washer and dryer appear to be new. Can’t say enough about how much we love it here.

Update: I gave a higher rating than before because The manager reached out and got everything figured out with me. Although the following is still true they at least reached out and put in some effort to getting my Rent problem handled. They are sending a bug guy out next week so we’re hoping for the best. My apartment was flooded for 3 days and no one came out to fix it. The place has bugs EVERYWHERE, discoloration in the walls and appliances. The appliances work half the time. The office staff barring one assistant manager is horribly rude. We’re first time apartment owners and this so the worst experience. They took a partial payment on 8/1 for our rent and did not advise us that utilities kicked in so we had no idea we had to pay. Mind you I also did not know they had an online website I could access to see rent. So I’m old fashioned bringing in checks to them every month. On 8/17 I got an eviction notice so I called the office. It then led to their employee telling me not to pay the charge because I’d have to pay it next month anyway? So I proceeded to not pay the charge. On 8/19 i got charged for a LATE FEE after the gentleman on the phone said he would put a note on the account about the mixup. I’ve sent emails and have called them numerous times but since I don’t get out until 6 pm I haven’t been able to get in contact with the office staff. My wife is pregnant and about to bring my child into this world. I cannot and will not have my kid in a bug/problem infested home.

Lovely place to live. Close to everything you could want to spend your time and money on. Very family and pet friendly. The tall palm trees sway gently around the pool. Thoroughly enjoy my stay there visiting family who have called it home for years. Ready to return to the swaying palms.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Save yourself a headache and don’t do it. They’re slum lords and never keep their word on anything. My apartment has been flooded a numerous amount of times, mold, and had roaches the first week of move in. They never fix any problems in the apartment, they’ll just lie & say they will but never do. && to top it all off they have rats rooming around the building! Which is not surprising considering they NEVER CLEAN around the apartment. Moving here was been the worst decision of my life. It has made me emotionally depressed going back and forth with the management.

Don't waste your money living here. Issues from first day of move in. One thing after another that needed to be repaired. Lack of communication on scheduling those repairs as well. Dog feces everywhere. People driving fast when theres kids running around. People drinking and getting high outside. No security on site or cameras, gates are always open. Numerous stolen cars in the complex. My daughter n law had her car stolen while visiting. Who's managing this place.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Truly wish I wasn't writing a second review one on their Facebook, but here we are again. If I could give this complex 0 stars, I would. Not only have they let many of my maintenance issues go on for weeks, they even left one open on my last day because there was no use. Any "emergency" to them would never be handled as an emergency. After finally leaving, I was not explained about my deposit process and how it WOULD NOT come back to me directly, but in the form of a collections department trying to get my money--instead I was told that final bill would be my utilities, however, they locked me out and I couldn't pay it from the account since I was no longer a resident. Not once was I told this would be happening when I first signed and walked through, and not once was I told this as I was leaving...nor did I have anyone walk through my apartment. I have a video of my last day with a walkthrough after going over everything that was cleaned from top to bottom, so an added fee from them of something was outrageous. Already left a review on BBB, but seriously, DO NOT MOVE HERE. They will mistreat you and they just want people to move in.

I really enjoy the apartment at villas at 6300. Great friendly staff in my opinion. Everyone seems to do their part. Maintaince crew Andy and Dave rocked out with the quick repairs and install of appliance. Joanna and Sondee made the move in process as smooth as humanly possible with a week of traveling across country. Pool is sweet and the scenery on site is a a plus. Even have a garage rental idea which I am going to hopefully obtain for my vehicle and storage. Mini golf course haven't tried but I'm sure it's fun. And dog park is awesome. Can bring your pup to learn some training skills with equipment provided. Mail service is om point. Would highly recommend to live here. Good location close to gas stations and car wash and pharmacy. And grocery store. And banks.
