So I just want to take a minute and say what a fabulous place Radiance at Rock Springs is to live. It's great. I've been here 5 years and it's just like a wonderful resort. The staff is absolutely special. They take care of all of our needs in an amazing way. This is a wonderful place to live highly recommended.
Ramon Aleman is a great asset to our community. I really appreciate his knowledge and understanding of the various maintenance issues that we have experienced. He is always very pleasant and takes the time to explain everything.
Our cleaning lady, sorry I forgot her name, is unbelievable! That woman is on top of everything! She’s so sweet, and courteous, and always a smile on her face! Very hard worker ! Dianne Corsaro
Regina Parks is an exemplary Assistant Manager at Radiance. Her customer service is consistent. Her sweet personality draws the tenants to her because she cares. I rate her at the highest rating.
Chris did a great job fixing my A/C which has been out for 4 hours. He came in after he received the call from his boss. I really appreciate him. Thank you!!
Chris is always pleasant and takes the time to do things right! We trust him to enter when we’re not home and enjoy his upbeat attitude when we are! Hope he will be there as long as we are!
