I'm very happy with this complex and I moved in May '22. I like the location and the size of the unit 800 sq ft, 1x1. Adeymis has been and continues to be very helpful. Maintenance takes care of things immediately. Compared to the place I used to live in central Las Vegas, this is MUCH better. Sometimes the cops are here, but it's nothing like my previous experience which was constant chaos and dysfunction. The gate ALWAYS works and is ALWAYS closed after office hours. I feel safe here and it's mostly quiet. Cons: Scarce parking if you have any guests after hours. Sometimes it makes more sense to have guests park across the street at Santa Fe Casino. $1,380/mo when I signed the lease. $50 trash/sewer. The housing/rental market is just ridiculous in general and it keeps getting worse as folks flee high rent states like California.

About Inspirado Residences…. The place is clean, the rent is reasonable, and the floor plan of the apartment is spacious. The most important part is that the residence is managed by a professional team on site. All the staff knows their jobs very well. Adeymis, Bailey, Emilio, Keith and Ben will do their parts to make sure the operation is smooth. If I needed things fix I would put in a ticket and it would be fixed the next day. I received very good support during the time I lived there, as well as during the time I moved……I had to change the moving date twice because the house was delayed but it was no problem. Adeymis and Bailey worked with me. It was also no problem to get my deposit back. The cleaning fee was fair. It was all good! Happy place to call it my first home in Vegas.

I’ve lived here 2 years, though I’ m relocating back to Ca in about 4 wks, these 2 years have been wonderful living here at Inspirado Residences. The office girls are very friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew are knowledgeable and take care of their maintenance orders in a timely manner. I give you 5 stars!

Today I want to say thank you to the Manager of Inspirado Apartments, Bailey and Adeymis for amazing party at the pool and food my son was so happy we enjoy the day you guys make a great job .

Front office staff was amazing from when we first came in to even look at the apartments before move in. The application process was a breeze and they worked with us all the way until we signed the lease and moved in. Easiest process I’ve had dealing with apartments. Would definitely recommend

The management team here is exceptional friendly and always willing to help. The grounds are well maintained and maintenance issues are taken care of immediately. Very close to shopping, parks and freeways. I highly recommend living here you will love it.

ok I dare to say this since my mom and I lived there for 2 years... my mom had a car and I had a car, it was always a problem for me to find parking for the time I got home from work, these apartments DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH PARKING FOR THE APARTMENTS THAT RENT!! AND IF YOU ASK THEM FOR AN EXTRA PARKING THEY CHARGE YOU!! very unfair because we recommended a friend, he obviously got married, 2 cars and the same problem and the only thing that the office responds is sorry !!! Why do you rent so many apartments if you don't have enough parking? I hope some authority can read this and can help the people who live there

I just wanted corporate as well as future residents to know that you have an amazing maintenance staff. Headed by Emidio who has not only made me feel welcomed since I arrived almost 3 years ago but also responds and addresses my maintenance requests immediately. Emidio always has a positive attitude with a smile on his face to match. Ben who I believe is the latest addition to your awesome maintenance team is not only wonderful but very knowledgeable, he is a very kind young man who takes pride and care in his profession. It is people like Emidio and Ben as well as the other staff forgive me,don't know everyone's name than make Inspriado Residences a great place to call my home. THANK YOU

I toured the community a week ago moving from California!! The leasing agent blonde lady has excellent customer service, as well as the manager. The property was immaculate and quiet. Loved the location. I will come back to rent this place after my job transfer is finalized.

Living in Inspirado has been the best! Some issues here and there but nothing that the team will not fix! The leasing lady has excellent customer service. Very happy to be living in such a wonderful community.
