This is nothing against the Manhattan Cruise terminal. It's just to prepare you for what it will be like getting on the cruise. Arrive at parking terminal parked at the pier 11:50 a.m. with a 1:00 embarkment time.  Got in line at 11:50 outside of the security entrance area after parking and walking to the terminal.  Long line  Clearly nobody is arriving at their embarkment time. Unwritten rule is to just show up and get in line.  1218 finally got into the security line . At 12:38 = 20 min and thru security security.   If you bring your favorite wine, visit the Corkage desk.... Need the state room num.   Few min there.  By the way if you have the drink package you probably will not need to bring your own wine. They have a good selection of wines and you pay a small up charge to drink the better wine.  House wine was not bad.  At 12:45pm check in line 1  1:13 pm End check line and over to check in desk 1:18pm checked documents,. Passport, Bermuda auth form, Covid vax, covid test results  1:19pm, enter painfully long check-in line #2...  1:37pm still in  line  2pm. Still in check in line #2  2:15pm check in #2 desk finally  227pm we are in elevator to deck 10 where our state room is

Long lines, but they move quickly if all your docs are in order. Friendly staff.  Large spacious facility. Several cruise lines berthed. Like NCL Norwegian Joy.

poor public transport connection, lots of walking distance....including back tracking and being outside. winter anyone?. this ok IF you are not with older individuals with mobility issues. my least favorite cruise terminal.

Booked a 5-day spot at this parking venue & wasn’t disappointed. It was easy to drop off & pick up my car which was in the same condition I left it. The attendant was very helpful also & polite. The venue is not directly located across from the cruise terminal depending on which cruise line you are traveling with. I took an Uber back to the cruise terminal at the drop off & walked 15 minutes 7 blocks on my pickup. If they offered a free shuttle back to the cruise terminal I would’ve given them 5 stars!

Just finished a 5-day Bermuda trip with Norwegian getaway. Everything was great except that the self-serving disembarkation process was messy and lengthy with a lack of staff assisting the lineup and as a result line jumpers cut in here and there shamelessly avoiding half to an hour waiting time on the boat that majority of us had to go through. The cruiseline could have done a better job managing the crowd.

It can be extremely busy. I was there to meet family returning from a cruise. It was good to  see several people directing traffic and seeing that  we all met our parties and moved along.
