Best place in NY for all things optical! Have used them twice for repairs, second time they completely fixed my sunglasses as good as new. Super friendly and wonderful customer service - fantastic experience.

Because delay in shipping, I was out of contact lenses. This store is so kind they gave me five pairs of their trial lenses. Also I notice they are really clean in the contact trying table and the store in general. Good place! Customers seem happy to be here. Thank you!

Amazing experience! I purchased a pair of frames at another retailer earlier in the day but they were not able to provide a timeline of when the lenses could be fitted. My boyfriend suggested we walk a couple blocks to Manhattan Grand Optical and I’m happy we did! They were able to get my lenses fitted into my new frames on the spot and had them ready to be picked up less than 40 mins later! The man who assisted us was so helpful and kind. He even threw in some lens cleaner and a microfiber cleaning cloth for free. This will be my go to for glasses related purchases in the future.

They not only there to sell you a pair of glasses or sunglasses. They will sell you a pair of shades that will fit towards your need. The associates there are super knowledgeable of the sunglasses. My second pair of sunglasses from them. They provide super good customer service. They go above and beyond to help you out. I'm super happy with my new pair of Maui's. I'm gonna invest in another pair from them. Good customer service

I love this place, my mother recommended it to me. She has been coming here for over 10 years and has had a really good experience. She gets high end frames and when ever she had any issues with the frames they took care of it 100%, I'm new to needing prescription lenses and now I'm coming here too. I also had to get my son updated lenses for frames he had. It was an emergency and they were able to do it for me with in 1 hour of me walking in. I was so happy I can't tell you. Every where I checked online, or called would have been a two week wait or longer. I live in Jersey and I take the Lightrail to the Pathtrain, then the Subway to get here. It's worth it. I was in NY for a wedding and had left my contact lenses at home. I was able to send my Rx to the Dr and they got me lenses in record time. The Dr and all staff that assisted me were so kind and helpful. Their professionalism and service on a Sunday! was awesome.

Got a new pair of glasses and had a full exam. Staff were polite friendly and knowledgeable. I had wanted a lighter frame and the staff walked me through the selection and trade offs this entailed. I had also wanted my eye pressure checked and they were very helpful with that as well. I would come here again and would recommend.
