Extremely professional and helpful staff. I came in with a broken frame, and the associates went out of their way to find frames that allowed me to preserve my lenses. They also made several viable suggestions going frameless, cutting the lens, etc., but the most incredible task was they got my glasses fixed up same day! Highly recommend and will come back myself in the future.

MK2 Optical provides excellent customer service and has a fine selection of designer frames. They’ve also special ordered 4 frames. I highly recommend MK2. Ask for Rachael!

I am completely satisfied with the eyeglasses I bought at MK2. I had a bad experience when I bought my last pair of glasses. At MK2 it was the opposite: the salesperson and the technician explained very well all my options and I got exactly what I needed. The turnaround was very fast.

I don't usually write reviews unless my experience falls between either extreme of the spectrum and even then, it's rare. I've been with MK2 Optical for many years now and although I have't seen them in a few, I recently returned to just as amazing service as I can remember and even better. I was assisted by Andy, who immediately added me to the schedule as a walk-in with no issues. He was extremely helpful and patient, aiding me in choosing a high-caliber frame to my liking, as well as one that was fitting. When I have a strong opinion, decisions take no time. However, this time I had difficulty choosing as there weren't any frames I was set on initially. Knowing I'm investing in a pair of quality, long-lasting glasses, I wanted to make sure it was one I wouldnt't leave regretting later on. Poor workers sat there watching me try on glasses fifty times over haha.. I felt so bad, but they were still so patient, polite and friendly, giving me advice and tips on what would work best. The optometrist that saw me was also very professional and knowledgable. She answered all of my questions and provided such a flowing, smooth experience. I also requested for my order to be changed after the service to not include the blue light coating. Andy and Kenneth immediately helped me call up the lab and changed my lens for me- extremely grateful as I felt happy knowing I'd be paying for exactly what I wanted in the end. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff was extremely professional and knowledgeable. They spent time showing me the frames, explaining my insurance benefits, helping me select features, and processing all the paperwork. When I went to pick up my glasses, they also offered me a free gift since they were running a promotion at that time. This is my new go to place for glasses for my entire family.
