Staff was amazing and friendly. I had a later appointment but was traveling from Milford PA. I called to check in and make sure I was going to the right place before my appointment time. They were so great at the front desk and got me in earlier. The office was gorgeous clean made me feel really comfortable I made the right choice. I was nervous because this was my first time getting lip filer but Paula the nurse I got was amazing comforting and very informative of what to expect. She answered all questions and even was available if after the appointment I had any concerns. My lips look amazing and it was a great first time experience I will definitely be coming back!

Paula Schuster is the most incredible injector I have ever gone to. I’ve gotten injectables by at least four people in the past—including by well known plastic surgeons—and Paula by far beats them all! In the past, I always bruised immediately and had massive bruises on my lips for at least 2 weeks. I had VERY minimal bruising for 2-3 days max. Paula treats injecting like a craft—she is truly an artist at what she does. She is so gentle, a perfectionist, educates you so you know about the process, and ensures you get the exact results. I will never go to another injector except for Paula and cannot recommend her enough!!!

I started coming and using laser hair removal service here. I have worked with several technicians. All along good experience, nice and clean institute, all staffs are friendly, no wait time. I am also happy with the results.

I enjoyed consultation because the staff was very open and concerned about what my need were. They gave their opinion of what would be the treatments to accomplish what I am hoping to see improved. I will be working with them in the coming months. Thank Sheila King.

I got my first Juvederm lip filler here with Paula , amazing customer service and I LOVE my lips Sean was very helpful And the other associate. Very friendly and reassuring of the pain levels . Extremely Minimal btw & the office is very clean ! Definitely Going back !

Visited on Tuesday, Nov 15th for a consultation and the team here is amazing! First connected with scheduling coordinator Lisa on a Sunday! Lisa answered all my questions & extremely attentive. Arrived spa to be greeted by office manager Sean. Sean has the perfect face and courteous. Nurse Paula has a beautiful soul and highly honest with her feedback. Nurse Rano also chatted with me and provided helpful advice. I was not oversold on treatment which I appreciated. Trusted and straightforward team in Manhattan. Will return!

I had a wonderful experience here with Sayana at the Lexington Ave location. She was warm, knowledgable, and thorough. She also answered all of my questions and concerns. I've been going here for years and had several different estheticians with both positive and neutral experiences but will stick with Sayana from now on.
