Extremely disingenuous Business. All will be well if you received services or a product from Tanya Thomas without incident but good luck if the service or product harms your skin. I purchased a Vitamin A product labeled under the Tanya Thomas brand and it burned my skin on contact, caused rawness, redness and more long after I put it on. Please note that I’ve used several Vitamin A products in the past before and I am currently on one, so Vitamin A within itself is not the issue. I reached out to Tanya and she referred me to her assistant handle it. The priority of not one, but BOTH of her assistants was to stress that the serum was non-refundable and I could receive a credit. Money before client inconvenience and discomfort mentality. Both never even apologized or acknowledged my burned skin. Keep in mind I had to cancel activities for the week of my birthday to avoid the sun, that’s how raw and overly sensitive it became. After realizing that their priority was keeping their money and not my bad experience, I cancelled future un-used services I had paid for in advance. Tanya reaches out after and then a month later with a long series of back and forth emails. Finally she says that they have no intent on keeping my monies for the un-used services and will refund my money within a day after trying to falsely state that it had to be returned to the original form of payment- which I disproved. It’s going on Day 5 now with multiple emails and no response, no acknowledgement, no refund. Not to mention, I just checked the bottle of another peel product from her previously and it looks like there was a previous label that was ripped off and re-labeled. It seems that she is issuing medical grade products that require a prescription without a license and I will submit this to Consumer protection as well. Please don’t respond with any BS under my review, as you very well know the length of communication I went through before posting this. BUYER BEWARE.

I cannot say enough how much of a difference there is with my face. Ms Tanya is a Queen in her field. You are missing out if you dont.go to her. SMOOCHES Tanya..
