Love this place.The office is so nice and clean. The staff is amazing. They move so quick there’s never no wait but at the same time they handle you with care and very catering to your needs and gentle. I had been going to every oral surgeon to get my tooth removed and nobody could help and in 1.2.3 Dr. S removed it and I didn’t feel a thing. I was so happy and I just want to say thank you for helping me. I will definitely recommend them to anybody.

Dr Shahgoli's powerful presents and confident was very reassuring. My prediction was correct. I was in good hands. As a patient who has experienced inadequate treatment in past, I am very careful about my selections of health care providers including dentist. I had no doubt in Dr. Shahgoli 's knowledge and experience. Staff were hospitable. As a member performing arts industry in New York and abroad, I value skilled medical providers. It's been over 90 days before I had to wait for these guys to refund me my money. I had paid up front and was told that my insurance would cover everything, they even said they called my insurance to check but turns out that was a lie. Once I called my insurance after a long period of time, they said they were missing certain information from them needed to proceed with the claim. I had to go back and forth between these guys to get anything from them. If they ever tell you to pay upfront and that you'll get the money later don't do it. Seems like they don't really care about you getting your money back once you've already paid.

We were referred to Dr. Shagoli through our orthodontist over 3 years ago. My son had to have appliances and surgeries and has been through a lot. Dr. Shagoli’s wonderful “bedside” manner and skill made our medical journey less difficult. Overall his staff is great too, but I would have liked them to have had more expedient communication with the orthodontist’s office when they were collaborating. Dr. Shagoli worked with us and took the time to address all of my questions and concerns. He does great work and I highly recommend him !

I received great care from all of the staff at Manhattan Maxillofacial Surgery Group. They made my tooth extraction experience as pain free and pleasant as possible.

I had to have a tooth extracted that had gone bad from periodontal disease. The procedure also included cutting the bridge that the tooth anchored and "seeding" the socket with what I call "magic bone dust" which, over time, creates denser bone strong enough to support an implant. Dr. Del Valle was recommended by my excellent regular dentist, Dr. Grace Jeon. I could not have been happier with Dr. Del Valle and Manhattan Maxillofacial Surgery Group. The offices are immaculate, the support staff professional and the procedure was top notch from the initial consultation to the surgery, all completed within 3 days. Everything was explained to me by the doctor in detail, including what he would be doing, why it had to be done and what I could expect going forward. Equally important, Julie, the Office Manager, outlined the costs extremely reasonable! to me after the consult, which was particularly helpful, including what she thought insurance would pay and what they wouldn't. The procedure was handled expertly and I was out of the chair in about an hour. I didn't miss any work and here I am the next day with very little pain. Thanks to the entire team!

My son had all four wisdom teeth extracted. Dr. Shahgholi did a great job. The staff was professional and friendly and very transparent about cost. They took our insurance and were more reasonably priced than some others.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Everyone who works in this office is extremely helpful and kind and gets back to you promptly. I had an easy experience getting my wisdom teeth removed- they explained all steps to me and made sure all arrangements were made for getting home afterwards and for the follow up. I would recommend them to anyone! Dr. Shahgoli is professional and efficient, plus one of the nicest doctors I've ever dealt with.

Doctor Shahin Shahgoli, made my experience something that I will never forget, I went for a tooth extraction and let me tell you I was scared and nervous. When I got to the office the staff was professional and super kind, they made me feel so comfortable that when I was done with the procedure I immediately book another appointment for a second tooth extraction and when I came back the service was still amazing. Dr shanin Shagoli took his time to explained to me the procedure, he was so nice and so patient and his assistants are very well trained. In conclusion all I can say is that he erased all of my fears of going to the dentist and some of the bad experiences that I had in the past with other dentists. If you're concerned about the billing process the staff will take the time to explained to you in detail how it works. Again amazing experience from beginning to the end.
