Always a problem with Bleecker Street location...better to go to the Grand Street location even if it is out of the way as the service and product is so much better. Really don't understand why such a bad experience at Bleecker? How can the same store have two such vastly different experiences in service and product?!?
Usually really great food and have been eating here for years. Unfortunately they seem totally understaffed nowadays. I was told the there would be a 15 minute wait time. After 45 mins I went in and they had completely forgotten my order. Sadly very disorganized. I hope they turn it around!
