Maple House Chicken and Waffles

Food was good but service was lacking for a service industry. Servers knew we got Local Flavor coupon, still told us that we got free kid's meal (their current special), just to charge it back to us stating that we couldn't have 2 deals at the same time. When reminded that she's the one that told us to order the kid's meal for free, she just stated dismissively that she forgot that we had coupon. That's a lie because in the middle of our meal she asked for our coupon to prepare the bill. Moreover, we shouldn't be charged as a result of your mistake. Not even a proper apology. By taking our $6.99 you lost more by loosing our future business and got bad review. Good luck for the owner with this kind of ignorant staff.

Don't know where to start. What a waste of gas, money and a horrible mother's day. If your anything like me mother's day is just another day I enjoy being with my kids so after a long morning I decided to drive out to this waffle joint. I kindly told the lady I wasn't going to pay for the burnt waffles and under cooked chicken, the noodles was under cooked and over cooked so pretty much hard burnt Mac and cheese, there was no ice cream but I'm still charged for that, cold fries, burnt bacon. No refills on drinks. Just the worst cooks and services ever. She discounted but o rather my time and money back.

This place was amazing! Service was great, the food was so good I tipped the cook! Its was like down home cooking. I cant say anything bad about this place.

Hey hey. Fist time last week during late lunch hours. Not to many people at all. Walked in not knowing it’s an actual restaurant. No Take-Sign. We were greeted by a nice gentlemen and he filled us in. So I knew what we wanted from the online website and I placed my order. Did notice it was a 30min wait because it was made fresh to order. I didn’t mind that. I was thirsty so I ordered a strawberry lomanade. Almost $5 Reg size cup to go full of ice. I was done in two sips. It was good but for the price maybe a bigger cup less ice. Rice and gravy side bomb. Waffle bomb. Not stingy with the butter. Thanks. Chicken lightly seasoned I had to add gravy and hot sauce for that extra flavor. Mac and cheese was good. $25 plus a $2 tip for the overwhelmed waiter. Not sure why. But the girl with the glasses long brown hair....she’s on point!! She was being a team player also having tables of her own. She got our change for us. Next time we will sit in. Thanks again.

Food was good, service was great. The restaurant was too warm. The greens were too salty. Chicken was delicious. I would go again but not often.
