Our experience at The Maplewood Auto Mall was great! We had been looking into getting a new vehicle for a while with no luck. A few friends of ours purchased vehicles from their lot and had great reviews when recommending them to us. Upon arrival they were very welcoming and made the process stress free! They did the absolute most to get us into our desired vehicle, while staying within our budget. Thanks guys! We look forward to doing business with you again!

They have always helped me find what I want. I have gotten a challenger and a ram and my son got a ram and my friend got a Durango srt . Always so helpful. And right now I have them on the hunt for a ram 1500 srt10. They always find the hard stuff to get. Thank you all. And as of today we picked up a 2016 ram 2500 power wagon Laramie.

I was out looking for a car because I have been share 1 car with my wife. That created a lot of problems. I thought about Maplewood Auto Mall because I have driven pass them many times but today I decided to stop by. I went in and was greeted right away by Andy. My sale rep Andy was very knowledgeable in talking to me about prices, payments, & car info. He was very friendly and talked to me a lot. The staff was very nice and greeted me with a lot of respect. Let me tell you, Kyle went above and beyond in making my car buying experience amazing! Amazing customer service and went above and beyond!! Kyle picked me up with the car I purchased and drove to wells to get my father! Definitely treat you like family, if I could I would give this review 100 stars!!!

So upset. I told this dude Andy I was driving an hour to come look at a 2014 Chevy Cruze & that I moved mountains to get pre approved for this exact purchase price. I was coming to sign the purchase agreement. I wanted this car because it’s good on gas & had pretty low miles on it. I show up when I said I was going to show up & they then decided to tell me it’s a salvage title. Complete waste of time. I hope he reads this too. Don’t waste your time here. Clearly unhonest people trying to pawn off junk cars for high prices. Also who would pay 11k for a Chevy Cruze with over 100,000 miles with a salvage title?!

I was having trouble with purchasing a vehicle because of old gap claims the gentleman here went way above and beyond to help me get it taken care of to make sure I got into the vehicle I wanted. I deff will keep going through there. The most real dealer I've dealt with

Will never recommend to buy a vehicle from this place to anyone. Clearly don't stand by the vehicles they sell they would rather lie and make excuses. They will offer you a warranty and claim it covers things it doesn't. Wouldnt trust there so called service techs with a pencil let a alone a car fact is if they had told me what was wrong with the vehicle I purchased through them I would have told them no and left now it has cost me 600 dollars in repairs and quit running and now cost me my job. What a joke
