I had a great experience with everyone at this dealership. They made me comfortable when I walked in, during my test drive and when I needed time to figure out my next move they understood and gave me the space I needed to make a good decision. If your new to the Porsche brand like I am, I couldn't recommend a better place to experience everything this brand has to offer. Mitch was very responsive to my questions and never tried to "sell me" on anything. Eugene the finance manager found me a great loan option and treated me with respect. When it is time for me to purchase my next vehicle I this is the first place I will be going.

Wonderful experience at Porsche of St Paul. Our Sales Representative Mitch, and everyone else we worked with throughout the purchasing process were absolutely top notch. The buying process was extremely fast and organized, no BS whatsoever. Was blown away by how quick and seamless everything was. Never thought I'd be in and out, and on my way home in a new truck so quickly. All you could ask for in dealership, would highly recommend.

Everyone at this dealership is focused on providing excellent customer service, but my recent experience purchasing a new Cayenne was truly exceptional. Dave Wilson took all the time needed to answer my many questions and he made really good suggestions about the options to order. I have had the car a few months now and can say that his advice was spot on and I couldn't have been happier with the total buying experience.

Bill Dunne, Chris Peterson and Leo Starr did an exceptional job of helping me select the right Porsche for my sports car needs, acquire an allocation, assist me in feature selection to make it the perfect 911 Turbo and then keeping me informed during the manufacturing and delivery process.

We had one of the best car experiences at this Porsche dealership when we worked with Mitch. He was flexible in time, patient, knowledgeable about the cars. And if he didn't have a answer he said he will find it for us. We couldn't ask for a better experience. We are looking forward to working with him again soon, since we will be loyal customers to this location. If anyone else is readings the reviews go to this location and ask for Mitch.

Love the place, it was very clean and friendly people. I would love to do business again with this dealer in the future. Leo is a very friendly and helpful person. He has guided us through the whole process, patient, and friendly. A few minor things I would suggest is keep the customer update to date with the vehicle, in this case our vehicle needed some work be done, instead of the customer doing the request/initiation for status update. Second, point out some of the major flaws right away. For example, in our case, there was a crack on the windshield and broken speaker grill. He didn't say anything about it, perhaps he didn't know/noticed; but small things like this portrayed the image that the dealer is trying to hide it from the customer. Third, since the dealer couldn't get the broken speaker grill replaced/fixed, perhaps suggest other alternative locations or options how it can be resolved. It shows the dealer cares about the customer's concerns. However, overall it was a pleasant experience.

We dealt with Mitchell Chang and the buying experience could not have been better. Mitch ensured every detail of the used car we were interested in was taken care of to put the vehicle in pristine condition. Friendly and a great guy to deal with. Highly recommend.

Best and most memorable car buying experience I will probably ever have! My experience with Porsche ST Paul was nothing but amazing. I bought my first Porsche from Porsche St Paul over 900 miles across the country without seeing the car in person. Tyler Olson provided me with every detail of the car and guided me throughout the entire process from signing the paperwork to delivery!
