Wanted to buy an RV here in Oregon. We are a California couple. Two different DMV employees told us we can register it in Oregon since it is stored in Oregon but the incompetent MAPS employees kept saying we have to register it in California. After getting the loan and leaving Oregon we get notified by California we had to bring RV to our local DMV to verify vin number and other information.. We had to hire someone to tow it down then back to Oregon. When we get to DMV they ask us why we were registering it in California since it's staying in Oregon. Because MAPS didn't know what they were doing it cost us close to 10 grand extra. I would never do business with them!
i stay at this bank because i have to for now and am not sure where else to go. every time i go through the window, service is usually pretty basic and bland small talk. the last time i went through, the guy stood there staring at me through the window and didn't say anything? i had to start the conversation by saying what i needed out from my accounts. i didn't catch his name but he has black short hair and glasses. the customer service here has always been very bland and not impressive. i work customer service and its just always very basic. i would lose my job if i was as bland as the people here.

Got put on hold without further communication by the lady on the line. She was incredibly rude and ignored my request.
I hate how you need to always have your phone on you use online banking when using a computer.
The assistant manager Joshua Aguilar took his time before he even got to a customer. It looked like he was counting money. Which he could of done before opening. The place was packed with people to the back. Very busy place. Mayra, on the other hand was very quick to attend all customer and made my day. I would give her a 5 star
Ten people in line with only two out of four teller windows open . When I asked the manager, Mariana Tagger, about this she was very flippant. Update: They have a new manager and the atmosphere seems to be improved. The lines can still be long and slow at times.
This branch engages in criminal conduct and must be shut down.
You closed early on a holiday weekend, possibly due to weather. But you didn't make sure your atm was functional. Came through Friday early afternoon. Not a great way to start the weekend. Monday it was still down.
They gave me an account, took my money but forgot to give me my account number and they didn't even tell me what type of account they gave me , worst customer service ever
