Absolutely terrible. Me and my boyfriend had a joint account, and I went in going to get a money order for our rent. My personal account had a negative balance, completely separate from our joint account. My boyfriends name isn’t even on it. They refused to give us our money until my negative was paid. Are you kidding me? So because I have a negative in my personal account, my boyfriend can’t access his money? The front desk said I would have to “set up a payment plan for my negative balance”, and when I called the number they gave me to get it fixed they said they had no idea what I was talking about and we need to use our joint account to pay off my personal account. They locked the joint account, restricting our funds until the negative was paid, for an account that wasn’t even in his name. We immediately paid the balance and closed both of our accounts. Never bank with them. Mean people. Horrible experience.
I see the bad reviews but i don’t think they are so bad. As long as they keep my money safe then I have the most respect for them
Love my neighborhood MapsCU! I love how every time I go in here they know my kids and give them stickers and lollipops! Definitely gives you that warm community feeling!
