ZERO STARS - I had to mark one star to post. They have no follow through. They don't call you back. They don't read your file prior to calling IF they do call you back because you have to explain everything to anyone who does call. I worked in customer service for 30+ years, with my last 5 years in a medical clinic setting, and their patient customer care is pathetic. My husband is still awaiting a return call from a nurse to whom he spoke almost 2 weeks ago. She was going to speak with the doctor, then call my husband back. This is after my husband made 3 prior phone calls and the first person that returned his call didn't have a clue...as I said, didn't check his chart, and wanted to set up my husband for things that had already been done! I definitely would NOT recommend this office if you're looking for a place that truly has concern for their patients.

Had to give them a one star, have been going to them for 10 months now and their lack of front staff ability after location merger is shocking. Half the time when showing up for rehab their staff is not at the desk. When they are there they ignore and neglect everyone that comes in the door. Be prepared to sit at least 10 min before being acknowledged. So sad with the need for relief from pain that a place you trust doesn't seem to even care to help.

All they are interested in is pushing there "Shots" programs. They are rude and unsympathetic tword people. I believe they are in it for the insurance money and to push all the different "Shot" programs. One doesn't see a MD there (a real doctors), the are Nurse Practitioners that are on a ego trip. Very poor customer service. The Nurse Practitioner Lina is the most snobby attitude person I seen. Very poor patient skills. I wish I could have gave this place zero stars.

I am very tired of MAPS and the screwed up information you get from the triage nurses to the nurse practitioner.
What made me mad I injured myself a month or so a go, so I went back to maps to get checked out and they told me I needed to go to my primary because it wasn't the same pain they were treating me for, so I did and my primary gave 20 tablets percocet to increase my daily dose to 4.5 for 5 days. So my next monthly check up at maps I went back to the Nurse practitioner who told me I broke my contract with them because my doctor gave me 20 percocet. I was so frustrated! Each person you talk with tells you something different.
I decided to quit messing around with maps and im going to a different pain clinic who told me a neurostimulator would work for me.
If your not happy with the pain clinic your at, go and check out others, there are plenty out there.

They actually get ZERO stars. I started this program for physical therapy, epidurals and Therapy, not pain medications. First the nurse line upon a call back about a question I had rudely accused me of trying to get pain meds. I never once asked for or implied I wanted those. Then, My insurance had a system issue and showed me not active in error. I explained this to them and they worked with me to get my epidural, but then I was supposed to start physical therapy and they made me cancel my appointment. Two days later my insurance was fixed so I called to reschedule my appointment. I had to wait 2 and 1/2 weeks to get back in. On that call I come to find out they cancelled my other upcoming appointments with the DR and Therapy (I waited almost 1 month to get into) without telling me and I had to wait another month for therapy. So here I am neck worse then before the epidural and can’t get in to see anyone anytime soon. How can they do this to someone. Save yourself and do not go here!
