We have classes from gentle to challenging, and all teachers are certified and experienced. Come enjoy yoga in a non-competitive environment and a class size that allows attention to your needs. MEDITATION
We offer a free weekly meditation class. Learn and practice the basics of meditation and various types of pranayama (breath work). Increase focus, calm the mind, and see how these practices enrich you and ease the stresses in your life. Individual sessions are available by appointment.
