Marina Village at RiverLights

Super great spot to relax and go for a nice walk out to the water. Each time I have family visiting we always find our way out here.

I am concerned about the quality of their building practices after the two year old bridge Newland built on River Road is being closed for 7 weeks to make repairs because of shoddy work discovered after being inspected by the state. That makes me wonder about the quality of the work done on those homes that are quite expensive. The bride appears to be a much older bridge according to inspectors, and this bridge goes over a lake. Thank God the bridge did not collapse and kill someone.

So peaceful, clean, and the landscaping is beautiful! Great place to relax with your significant other and even children. Love the hammocks also! But the restaurant 'Up In Smoke' (I think that's what it's called) it isn't worth visiting! Just for a can soda it's $1.50! Food is "okay"!
