Penton Develoment

I purchased a home from Penton after looking at houses for months. The finish work for the price was the best by far and their building process was easy. If you're looking for a new house with bells and whistles that won't crush your budget you should check them out! Thanks guys :)

Our daughter purchased a Townhome from Penton. We were there when she was told the wood flooring had a lifetime warranty. Later she had issues with the flooring and was not allowed to file a claim. A claim had to be filed by the installer. She was never advised of who the installer was or where the wood was purchased. After several conversations with Howard Penton and his office staff requesting where the wood was purchased and who installed same, we were advised that they could not find the information we needed. Said he couldn't help her because the one year warrant had expired.

Very professional service. I found the staff and Manager to be very accommodating. The unit that was rented was very nice, good location and reasonable. No hassles on moving out either! Thanks
