Good customer service, you can find easy what’s you need

Horrible customer service!!! Stay away from these awful people. My boyfriend visited this dump on 7/23/22. Fortunately I waited outside. Who greets a potential customer with the phrase, "What do you want?" Nothing. Not from a rude, disrespectful fool, sir. My boyfriend asked about multi-lock keys and was told that they made all of them. But since the owner wasn't there, he couldn't get anything. He asked about a business card and was told, "Can't you see we ran out? We'll get more on Wednesday." When he then asked for a Leatherman tool, he was given a Tough Stuff and told, "That's all we have. It's almost the same thing." Really??? A $100 Leatherman is the same as a Tough Stuff? I think Leatherman would disagree. Nasty individual. Keep your money for those who appreciate it.

Very convenient. The prices are very reasonable, and they have everything you could ever need. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I love coming here it's like Home depot in a small version. Only this store has more. You can call them and ask for what you are looking for and they will tell they have it and the price of what you are looking for. This Hardware store is the Best in Brooklyn!
