This is a shout out to installer James Chinchen!  Background, our house is 100+ yrs old.  We had several bids to do our flooring and most were high priced and excluded needed work to level the floors.  We met with Marion's employee Toby, explained our situation.  He said that he had an experienced installer.  So we went ahead bought the flooring reasonably good price and then had James look at the job.  He said, "yeah, I can do that." -- Well, we were unsure, but went ahead with the job the flooring took two months to get back in stock.  This guy is a magician!  Our house look better than it has in decades well guessing, since we have lived here for only a short time.  If in doubt when you shop Marion's ask for James Chinchen.

From start to finish, they were friendly and professional and never pushy about having me as a customer. I appreciated the salesfloor folks explaining the difference in materials and value and coming up with good quotes. The installers they work with were also friendly and professional, the final result looks and feels amazing. I would 100% recommend them to anyone else looking for new flooring and will absolutely call them again if I ever do any other reflooring projects.

Great products even better service! I  recommend asking for Angela second to none in service unbelievable knowledge flooring. They do have a large selection. But when you go to purchase. It has to be ordered. Waited a month for carpet that they said we would get in 10 days. Staff was rude on the phone. Terrible customer service. Still need a rug. We will be shopping elsewhere

I was apprehensive of the carpet buying process but my carpet installer recommended Randy at Marion's. We researched types and went with the SmartStrand. Prices were much better than what I was thinking, so happy for that. Can't wait to see it installed and walk on its comfy-ness.

10 Star Plus!!!!!  Angie was quick and efficient helping us find the right carpet!  She worked with us all through the process.  She knows it all!!!   Nick and his son Edgar took extra care of the installation like I have never seen before!  It was a design that took time and patience to make each seam match perfectly! I can not even find the seam in the main room!  They spent the time needed to make it perfect!!! On top of a quality carpet installation, Marion's will add edging to a couple of pieces that were leftover - Free!  I will always go to Marion"s from this point on!!!   So Happy!!!

As a designer for the last 30+ years I've made used many vendors and suppliers in the Portland metro vicinity. But the friendship that I have forged with the sales staff at Marion's big shout out to Angie always makes it a pleasure to do business with them. I never have a problem finding the right product for the right project. Wonderful selection and the price points have been very generous. It leaves both me and my clients very satisfied. They even supply you with the numbers for prompt and confident subcontractors who do the install. I always ask for either Blake or Nick. If I'm not completely satisfied, I simply call them and they come back and correct any discrepancies that I find.

Just needed a small amount of floors, I was treated very well and professionally.  Nice place,  lots of inventory.

Very disappointed with the service I received from Randy Harshaw. I had a carpet installed in October and noticed a seam in the hallway brought it to Randy`s attention and he waved it off as though it was not his concern.Called Randy 4 or 5 times about the seam and received 4 or 5 excuses. The last one from the installer was it`s the lighting. The seam is still in the hallway. I will not recommend Marion`s Carpet to any of my friends or anyone else.          Paul B.

Great selection and prices for carpet. Angie, our sales person was very professional and helpful. She answered or returned our calls promptly. When she was not in the office, James helped us out as well.  Our installer Justin Davis did a great job. The carpet looks fantastic. Most of all we appreciate his professionalism in installation and in communication. Unlike many contractors we have dealt with over the years, Justin either answered our calls or returned them promptly. He showed up on time and did the job as he said he would.  We are completely satisfied with the carpet, the staff at Marion’s, and with our installer Justin.
