Walked by this store in the past, thinking I couldn't afford it, but they have the best sales and are actually great value for the money. The inventory also turns over every season, so you can always find something new. The sales staff are great and the atmosphere has a good friendly vibe. Small but super service oriented. It's my new go-to place for quality shoes and has a good hand-bag selection.

I had the best shopping experience at Marmi Shoe store in Manhattan .Jodie helped me find the perfect fit, which for me is a challenge. Measured me, looked at my feet, asked me about my daily routine and brought out 20 boxes. I could point out a shoe and she could tell me if they would fit. Her expertise saved me alot of time and frustration. I am hooked. They have great selection,sizes up to 13 and narrow, medium and wide. Website also but store is great! Just had to shout out a big thank you. I love my shoes and my feet are happy!

I have been purchasing shoes from Marmi for years. In fact it is pretty much the only company that I purchase my shoes from. I have a very difficult foot to fit. When I purchase my shoes from Marmi I know they will fit. Also, the sales they have for the quality of shoes they are is awesome!. I would highly recommend Marmi shoe company to anyone.

Extensive sizes and widths in women's shoes along with some handbags as well. Friendly and knowledgeable staff for the most part. The one major demerit is they failed to stand behind inclement weather iw boots which I bought there that allegedly have a lifetime guarantee not to leak because the uppers are Gortex treated. Not only does each of the iw boots leak, my feet become fully wet not just damp. When I brought them back for repair/replacement and as I was simultaneously purchasing another pair of fashion boots for a few hundred dollars, my iw boots were kept for weeks, reportedly sent to a local shoe repair shop only after I called to inquire about the status of my boots and they weren't retrieved from the repair shop until I called again when I realized I hadn't heard from Marmi in weeks it had both snowed and rained by then. Upon picking up my unrepaired iw boots and after making a further inquiry as to what they thought the lifetime guarantee meant since they were also neither offering to replace my boots nor compensate me for the purchase price, I was told I would need to take up the guarantee with the manufacturer you can imagine that wasn't part of the sale pitch when I purchased my iw boots. As "a cherry on the top", I was wasn't offered much less given the manufacturer's information. Apparently, they didn't think it prudent or necessary as a part of their customer service. To be clear, I have been a customer for several years and ask for my preferred salespeople by name and this was the treatment they thought befitting a customer such as myself. Despite any previous positive attributes, I'm fairly sure I will not make another purchase there again. After all, there's no shortage of places where I can spend my money.

Yesterday I ordered a pair of Sesto Meucci shoes from Marmi on line at the "sale" price of $200. I then found the same shoes on Amazon for $99.00. I contacted Marmi with this information and received an email from "Pam" saying that the company does not"price match." I advise anyone ordering from Marmi to check Amazon before they buy. Do not get overcharged!

Alfredo was very helpful! I wear a women’s 12 and always find it hard to find shoes. I found several pair of shoes I loved but I wasn’t ready to invest just yet. Alfredo was great, not pushy at all!

I bought three pairs of sandals at Marmi when the were on sale. Two out of the three give me blisters even though they are a good fit. I walked into the shop wearing a pair and one of the sales staff said, "NICE SANDALS" to bring attention to the fact that I bought them there. I said, "They give me blisters," and I showed her. I said that I wanted to be able to walk around in them but I can't because I get blisters. She actually said to me, "They're not really walking shoes." Are you kidding? I asked her if they were standing shoes. I asked her exactly how far I should be able to walk before getting blisters - one block, five blocks, ten blocks? Their product is cheaply made and over-priced.

Back again! Found this store a couple of months ago and I've been wanting to go back ever since. I popped in last night and bought my first booties and bag for the fall season. Wearing the bag today and told myself, just this once and then I should save it for fall. Don't know if that's happening! The sales reps and shoes never disappoint Thanks Jodie

Excellent and knowledgeable staff. Quality shoes in a range of sizes and styles. Been shopping here for years and will continue to do so. Quality and service like this is thankfully not a thing of the past here.

I went in for a pair of basic black boots and came out with an amazing pair of very unique and surprisingly comfortable sparkly brown almost cowboy but not boots that I hoped didn't fit me because I didn't actually need them but they did perfectly and I love them.
