Extremely rude sales assistant. Guy was on the phone and when I asked him for help, he was very abrupt with me. I will stick to Columbus Circle branch. Much nicer customer service.

High-end/luxury shoe store. The staff are personable and makes sure you get great customer service. Not all of the floor is covered in carpet so you can actually try the shoes on regular hard floors. The sales associate did to keep telling me the shoe I was trying on kept getting sold out and I believe it.

This store is recently renovated so not open!!!

Service was a bit dodgy. Buying a gift card really threw them
