Mary Huffman will get you there to see the house you see on real estate sites but never tried to go out of her way to find houses before they're on the market like some agents do. I posted a wanted ad on Craigslist asking if anyone had a house for sale, price range and criteria. money was wasted paying her commission because I found us our house in a for sale by owner. I hope real estate agents go away as if you plan on listing a house, do it yourself and save ten thousand or more. Put an ad on Zillow, find a lawyer to do the paperwork...

I am very disappointed with Marsha Marsh Property Management. They do not handle problems and hire people who are not qualified to do work. Horrible service. Faulty work. No resolution when things go bad. Find someone else for your property management.

Recently purchased a home listed by Realtor Dawn Nesbitt, she was so very helpful throughout, she worked as a dual agent between myself and the buyer, saved me a great deal of money throughout the buying process, and kept the ball rolling. Dawn kept me well informed throughout the process which was something I greatly appreciated, and she had many great contacts involved with home buying needs. This was my first home purchase, and she explained each aspect very thoroughly and was available 7 days a week. Very thankful for all she did behind the scenes as well. Jacob L.M. Byham-

Marsha personally helped my husband and i while looking for a new home. She is extremely knowledgeable and so friendly. With a long local history, i felt that she has an impressive knowledge of the area and the history of real estate in the area.

Their property management division is AWFUL. Nate is inept - absolutely inept. If you want things NOT to get repaired, for units to be vacant and to have a property management company who does nothing then go with these people.
