Having worked with multiple agents and brokerages, I wholeheartedly believe Coldwell Banker has some of the most experienced, professional and, most importantly, HONEST agents! BEST manager I've ever seen; if you ever have a problem, she will address it. Also staffed every day, and a REAL person answers the phones... :)

If you are looking for a smart, caring realtor this is the place to find one. I did my research and NO ONE has the technology, commitment and tools to get you to your goals whether it is buying, selling or becoming an agent yourself.

The agents are really nice, DO Not get a loan through them. They will sell your loan. Mine, was sold to a Loan Shark (PHH Mortgage). I have documentation to cancel PMI and when I met that they said the policy changed. A COV for $150 was performed and they did comparisons with houses with less bedrooms and bathrooms than mine. The COV came back that my house lost 40k of value in 5 years based on the comparison houses. I can pay $400 dollars to have a REAL appraisal done by somebody they choose. Yea, no thanks. It's no wonder this company has a 1 star Google review.
