As a realtor who stages home I can find affordable items to get homes market ready. Lots of options to pick from item wise. Something for everyone. I also hard to please seeing I am in customer service. The sale stall and clerks have always been helpful and professional at all times. I personally love this store for my needs as well as tell my clients looking to decorate there homes about this store. Keep the the good work and please keep offering the large variety of items.

I love going here because not only is it chock full of great stuff, the store is always organized and there's a controlled chaos to everything even during holiday season. And cashiers are polite and quick. My kind of place. Thank you for your great customer service always.

Terrible customer service... I just tried to exchange two mirrors still in the original packaging with a HomeGoods label, and the store manager said he would not even give me store credit without a receipt. Customer service is the last advantage that brick and mortar stores have over online retailers, but apparently HomeGoods is fine loosing another customer to Wayfair and Amazon!

I love this Home Goods. Great stuff, great prices, nice staff!!! Can get overcrowded sometimes and hard to get around, especially since it seems like no one works in Gahanna and it can stay full of moms finding curtains blocking isles, but its a good store.

Unique selection for your home needs for a fair price. The employees working the checkout are also very friendly!
