I loved this store and am so disappointed it is no longer at Polaris. Are you relocating? I want more mud cloth and kantha quilts!

Rude, unhelpful staff. Cluttered shop with nothing but overpriced, imported items. There was no reason or rhyme to placement, candles were in every corner of this shop. I can go to World Market across the street from the mall for the same items at a better price...with a more helpful staff. Save your time, skip this shop.

This store was given rave reviews by a friend, so naturally I was excited to check it out. However, because of the experience I had, I will not be going back. The moment I walked in, I was cornered by a a cashier who asked if I needed help? Innocent enough, right? I thought so too until she proceeded to follow me around the length of the store after I told her I just wanted to check out the candles and didn't need assistance. After following me for awhile, she insisted on taking the candle and the matchbook I planned on purchasing and holding them at the register until I was done shopping. When I got to the register, she noticed that there wasn't a tag on the matchbox. I told her that the price was $3.95. She was incredibly dismissive and made me wait approximately seven minutes until the other cashier checked the price...it was $3.95. I am not a thief, nor have I ever stolen. I should not be treated like a thief, but because my skin was darker than the usual patron and because I had on a jersey (it was an Ohio State game day, after all), I was profiled. The cashier sent a message to me: I am not welcome there. For that reason, I will not be going back.
